  • Contact details you submit through our forms: parent name, phone number, and (optionally) email address when you request a trial lesson or contact us.
  • Booking details: the date and time you select for a trial lesson, and any notes you provide.
  • Chat messages: if you use the on-site chat widget, we store the messages you send so we can reply.
  • Technical data: browser type, device, approximate location (from IP), pages visited, and interactions. This is collected only if you accept cookies via our cookie banner.

3. How we use your data

  • To schedule and deliver trial and paid chess lessons.
  • To contact you about your booking or answer your questions.
  • To improve our website and understand which content is useful, using privacy-friendly analytics.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and reach parents who may be interested in chess lessons for their child.

4. Cookies and tracking

None of these tools are loaded until you click Accept in our cookie banner. If you click Decline, only cookies strictly necessary to remember your choice are set.

Our lessons are for children, but our website and forms are intended to be used by a parent or legal guardian on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website forms.
